Remember that our wooden products are handmade natural products, so every one of them is unique and made to your order. If you have any questions, we are only a phone call away.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product. Please contact Tribal for the details to arrange this. The cost of delivery is arranged and payable by the customer.
We endeavour to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return, however, please allow 7 days for your refund to be fully processed.
Once your return has been refunded, your account should be credited within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.
We offer free delivery on most or our larger items to the UK mainland. If a product does not qualify for free delivery, an estimated delivery cost is shown on the product page based on shipping cost to a UK mainland address.
